1 间接宾语: A letter was written to me from Beijing by my brother.
??Sure it would be much better if it is changed to the following :
A letter was written to me by my brother from Beijing.
2 直接宾语: I was written a letter from Beijing by my brother .
Similarily, I was written a letter by my brother from Beijing.
Yes, they are "possible' answers but in reality, few would speak them like that !
